The home is fantastic. Very well maintained and clean with all the amenities you could want. It is close to shops/beach, but just far enough away to be quiet. The hosts have done a wonderful job making it comfortable and inviting. And that view off the deck/balcony is amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the home was spotless and so thoughtfully equipped, we had everything we needed, from cooking essentials to toys for the kids and plenty of extra towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and you can tell the property is really well cared for. The hosts were so kind and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get around. It was close to the airport, beaches, nearby towns, and grocery stores. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!

Great location and lots of gear for adventures! We have a tough time balancing the interests of those in our family - this home allowed us to do that - bikes, board games, ping pong, grilling, close to beach and walking paths. Short drive to Disney and other sights. Would stay here again!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this place. It was very clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness). Loved the different entertaining spaces it had. My kids love the basement with the pool/ping pong table and darts. Location was perfect. Views were fantastic! This house has everything available that you would need to take to the beach. It had a wagon, body boards (my boys LOVED and spent many hours on), bikes, beach chairs, football, soccer ball, scooters. Seriously so many things to be fun and active with your fam. We absolutely would stay here again and refer it to everyone!

Newport Beach on the hill

Wonderful stay with lots of space for family! The view of the ocean and sunset is beautiful! It was a quick bike or drive up and down the hill to the sandy beach. The house was very clean with new updated bathrooms and as described. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable. Had a living room set you wanted to sit on. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and big enough for a family. We had 7 at one time and it didn't feel crowded. Close to the beach and had a great pool in the HOA.

Graduation Getaway

Our Son was graduating from College and we decided to combine that celebration with a small family reunion. It was wonderful for family dinners and the location was fantastic! The owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great view

The listing and other reviews are accurate. The view was great the location was great. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and about a 4-5 minute drive. We went to LA and Disneyland during our stay so this location was perfect about 30 minutes from Disney and 40-60 minutes to LA depending on traffic. We needed to order some things off Amazon and there is a fulfillment center closeby for pickup so we had the option of picking up and shipped quick. The game room was nice for our teenage daughters and niece especially since it rained a lot of our stay. It’s a nice community with a nice pool and hot tub. We thought the pool looked a lot bigger in person than in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extra spice, pots, pans and dishes. The tankless water heater and showers were nice. Usually when we stay somewhere we are not impressed with the showers as we have almost the exact shower heads as these which have amazing pressure. We will be adding a tankless water heater after our stay there. The only issues we had were the codes were wrong at check in but was quickly resolved and the pool key didn’t work for the first couple of days because the HOH changed their keys right before our stay. This was resolved and it appeared that all the homeowners were just as upset about this. We were happy this was resolved. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Such a beautiful property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here in Newport Beach. Just in general the ocean view is gorgeous! This property had a full loaded kitchen. Plenty room to have a family dinner. The living room was very comfortable. The basement play room was the most loved by the kids. Morning and night they were down there playing. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. We loved how close it was to balboa island and Newport Beach. Great location!!! Honestly have no complaints. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great property, exactly as described

The apartment is exactly as described and the view is just stunning. The kitchen has everything you need, the neighborhood is great. It's close to the beach and you have a park with a playground and big grassy area right in front of the house. We had a great time and already told friends about this place. Highly recommend.

We needed a place nearby while we tented our house. The property was perfect, very clean and well stocked. The view was great. The game area in the garage was perfect for the kids. Unfortunately, when the stay was up, my wife didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend this property

Beautiful get-away in PERFECT location!

This home was amazing! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! Great location near the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view...WOW! Game room for the kiddo was fabulous!
