- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

Please note, a £100 fine will apply for the replacement of a lost or missing parking permit.
