'Our go-to place in Norman Whenever we travel to Norman we like to stay at this hotel. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Everything is well-maintained and functional. The breakfast area is spotless and the food is fresh (with real eggs). And the location is convenient.'

'The casino was nice and updated. Smelled clean. We enjoyed the stay and the shuttle was nice to the casino.'

'The property was well maintained and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Room 231 was terrible…. The bathroom was in horrible shape. Caulking pulling off & dirty, paint pealing off'

'Hotel was very mildewing and we came home sick. The towels were stained and threadbare in places. Our comforter also had a stain on it. The couch in our room had a large stain. Just didn’t feel very clean. The air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast offering wasn’t anything to write home about. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere.'

'The room was nice enough. The bathroom floor was a little dirty.'

'Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again! ⭐ 1/5 We stayed at Embassy Suites in Oklahoma for three nights while attending a family funeral, and unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. The first thing we noticed was the disgustingly dirty lobby floor, which immediately gave us a bad impression of the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance. Our first night was absolutely horrible. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we were placed next...

'We checked in quite late for our one night stay. My first set of room keys didn't work but reception quickly sorted it out. Several luggage carts available to move cases etc from the car to our room. Lovely big king-size room with sofa. Lots of space. Big luggage rack. Very comfy king size bed, fridge, modern bathroom, soft towels. Lots of variety at breakfast. They were quick to restock supplies. The whole hotel felt very new and smart. We would stay here again.'

'The staff was sooooo sweet and helpful.i had the best stay.'

'Wij waren er voor de 2e keer.Verbleven 2 nachten.

'Alles netjes, vriendelijke ontvangst'

'Staff very good'

'The mattresses were very worn. I have never been in a hotel that the mattresses were hollowed out. Very uncomfortable.'
