« Staff was very kind pleasant. Amenities were good. Room was great except for a condensation leak from HVAC unit. Carpet was wet infront of unit, I noticed barefoot during the night. Thankfully front desk acknowledged the info and closed the room down for maintenance. »

« This was a nice place to stay, especially for the price! Check-in was very easy, staff seemed nice, the room was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool & breakfast! The only thing that was a little concerning is we found some hair on some parts of the bedding and in the shower/bath. That did make us question how well the place was cleaned, but it looked good besides that. The place does kind of give an "outdated" feel & we noticed the elevator was extremely squeaky as it went up and down as well...

« The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty. »

« We stayed in room 102 and roaches crawled out from behind the mirror in the wall. The pool is "closed for maintenance" and the pillows are not comfortable and the sheets are stained. This place is gross. NEVER AGAIN. »

« Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it...

« Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel. »

« Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool. »

« Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet. »

« I reserved 1 room and was charged for 2. Having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. »
