« The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

« Très bonne impression en arrivant dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions. L'hôtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu. La chambre était propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...

« Room was loud, cheap window let enough sound in you would think it was open. Access to the property is not well marked and inconvenient. »

« The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. »

« Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out. »
