'The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 teenage children. There was plenty of room to spread out. All 10 of us enjoyed family dinners on the outdoor deck and watched a movie on the outdoor television. We played lots of games on the lower deck. The kids loved jumping off of the 2-story dock. 'The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was...

'Beautiful home with a relatively easy walk to the lake compared to the MANY other places we’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and more! The fire pit is the best! 'We stayed here for a graduation at LMU. Uncle Ernie's was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. Communication was top notch. I would book this every time I went if I still had a student at LMU.'

'Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. '

'I loved the layout of the floating house. It was like a cottage on the water. Everything was as described and thoughtfully furnished. The outside area was the best in the lake in terms of space, seating arrangements and comfort! '

We bring a boat and 3 jet skis so we spend most of our time at the dock and in the water. The dock was perfect for all of us fishing and having fun.
