Location de vacances de particulier à New Smyrna Beach

« This place is perfect »

« This is such a cute and quaint place to stay in NSB. So close to all the amenities, restaurants, and of course, the beach! It is very clean and a nice impression once you walk through the front door. The host Megan, was very communicative and open to anything that you may need. Would definitely stay again! »

« This home was way more than expected! Brittany left nothing unturned. She communicated with us the whole way before and after. My family will defintely be back again! »

« Not a single complaint about this place. The host is extremely accommodating with how they stock the house with needs, is very quick to respond and makes you feel very cared for and appreciated as a guest. Extremely family friendly. The house was loaded with stuff to accommodate our 1 year old. 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again in the future! »

« We just returned from an 8-night stay at The Atlantic House. We rented the full house for our family, and it was a wonderful experience. Outside, the new fencing, stone patio area, and new outdoor shower provided privacy and a nice outdoor dining room/relaxation area. While there, new furniture was added to the upstairs deck, providing another nice outdoor seating space. We did use the provided gas grill, and the beach toys/chairs were convenient as we had traveled too far to bring our own. ...

« We have stayed in the area of Edgewater and N.S.Bfor years, and have always had a great time This was no exception This property was just what we needed, clean, great neighborhood, close to everything and a really nice park on the inner coastal. Perhaps the most important was a wonderful host. Jake is a great Host, cares about his guests, his property and is true to his word. We thank you Jake for the perfect stay. We will be back »

« Definitely going back. The host was very kind and helped us with recommendations in the area. The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. »

« Great place and super clean! »

« We had a really enjoyable stay at this property! Ken went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The property is right on the beach perfect for relaxing walks, watching sunrises & sunsets, and listening to the waves. One of the biggest highlights is that the property is pet friendly which made traveling with our doggy so much easier and more enjoyable. »
