'Four generations of our family, ages 8 to 90, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach due in large part to this beautiful home and Antonio’s assistance. As for the home, it is extremely comfortable and well appointed! My 90-year-old mother found it very relaxing; my wife and two daughters enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen; my sons-in-law found the outdoor kitchen a place to grill to perfection; our four grands got water logged in the wonderful pool, and I was happy to see that everyone...

'Another wonderful stay at Josh’s Daytona Beach Resort There’s something for everyone. Ocean view, time on the balcony, pool, hot tub, beach, ocean. Quiet part of town but not far from restaurants and attractions. We would go again for sure!! Get the Lockly app for the door. It’s so easy. Internet and TV were great! Josh was great. No problems. 'Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here. '
