THE RIVERSIDE RETREAT is situated on gorgeous Riverside Drive known for its stately new and historic homes, stunning views and direct intracoastal waterway access. Stroll out to the dock where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon of fishing, or an evening sip of wine. A BOAT SLIP is available with water and electric for an additional fee. You'll feel right at home in this well appointed respite with water views, tropical landscaping, large yard and old Florida vibe.

THE RIVERSIDE RETREAT is located across from the Smyrna Yacht Club in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. A lovely scenic 10-minute walk on a continuous sidewalk to downtown Canal Street for shopping, art galleries, antiques, bars and restaurants. Only a 4 minute hop and a skip drive over the bridge to the beach and Flagler Avenue bars, restaurants, live music and festivals. There are two nearby public golf courses (7 minute drive): New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course and Hidden Lakes Golf Course. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with large living room and expansive sun room, is Ideal for couples, a large family or group of friends.

THE RIVERSIDE RETREAT includes the use of a private gas grill, free wireless Internet, cable television, central air/ heat, ceiling fans throughout, large yard and private dock. A dedicated parking space is provided on the driveway and one space in the 2 car garage during your stay. One garage space is reserved for the homeowner. Garage access from the inside of home is available 24/7 for the washer / dryer and extra bathroom. We provide all of the standard creature comforts: large flat screen cable TVs, small and large appliances, dishwasher, books, cards, board games, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cutlery, Tupperware, utensils, basic toiletries, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full length mirror, bath towels & washcloths, beach towels & beach chairs, washer and dryer (in garage).

THE RIVERSIDE RETREAT is one level with no stairs. However, there is one step on the back deck, one step for sunken living room and three steps into kitchen from garage. Please contact us about bringing a dog as prior approval is necessary and there is an additional fee.

We suggest an easy, fun day by packing a picnic lunch, surf boards, boogie boards, fishing poles and other gear in the car and drive right onto our smooth-surfaced beach from the nearby Flagler Avenue beach entrance. The beach has a gentle incline into the water, making it easy to wade, swim or ride the waves. Take a visit to nearby Dunes Park and walk the 1.6 mile boardwalk that loops around to the beach and past the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Nearby rentals are available for boats, bicycles, kayaks, golf carts, boogie boards, surf boards and more.
