« I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated....

« We put together four dads and sons. Our boys were playing in Sanford and after staying in Sanford and playing one game a day we wanted to have activities for the boys. I encourage baseball families to look at this as an option. It was so much more enjoyable. Our boys loved it. This location has great access to the beach and restaurants - you really get to experience the “old” Florida. NSB is great and this house lets you enjoy everything about it »

« Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. »

« An unexpected trip for our grandmothers funeral left us needing a place in edgewater, this charming house had everything we needed for our 3 day stay, right off rt 1 and near the beach, affordable, nice new kitchen and bathrooms. Not fancy, but worked perfectly for what needed.abocomand »

« The location is everything really...right across the street is a bar with karaoke every night. Good food within walking distance on all sides. The room is really decent and nice for 2, literally oooooooonly gripe is the AC can get a lil overworked maybe or something and sitting at about 79 degrees it feels. Luckily though it was chilly out at the time of stay but other than that totally nice experience. »
