'Host was very responsive to questions. Unit was clean and spacious enough for two. Very clean and close to Iona University where we were visiting!! Cute! I would recommend it and stay again if needed.'

'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

'Our host was excellent with communication and instructions. The accomodation was exceptional….views were amazing! Beds were comfortable and apartment was well appointed. Highly recommend!'
