The house was very clean, great AC, & the check in/out was super super simple! There was just about anything you would need to cook with. « The house is on a large piece of property with a fantastic view. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the deer graze in the field. It was quite secluded from any nearby neighbors with the surrounding trees. « I just can’t put into words how private and peaceful Oden Ranch is. If you love the TX Hill Country, don’t miss this spot. The property, from top to bottom, is immaculate. The hosts are wonderful. It’s a perfect distance from both Austin and San Antonio for day trips. You feel so secluded but are only 20-30 minutes from food and entertainment. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back! »

« This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. « The location and proximity to river was great. Really the cons are with the inside of the house. It’s really dated and it doesn’t feel very clean. The beds have these big comforters that I’m not sure get sanitized or cleaned. Mattress was comfortable. Kitchen microwave was broken and fridge magnetic strip was pulling off. Freezer was leaking too. Sink in master bath was clogged. Neighboring tippees were quite loud at night. »
