'Le logement d'Alexandra est parfait . Bien situé, mais au calme. Superbe et Cosy, arrangé avec beaucoup de gout, dans une ambiance chalet. C'est un appartement très agréable et fonctionnel : bien équipé au niveau cuisine , dote d'un grand balcon, d'une douche a l'italienne, et literie tres confortable . Communication et arrivée parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement, et séjournerons avec grand plaisir de nouveau chez Alexandra'

'Nice place and great location, for family skiing. Shame that bed linen and towels cost extra if you are staying 7 night, being free for 6 nights! We stayed 7! And the WiFi - don't bother - we paid 30e and got one evening and it stopped and despite phoning twice they never sorted it - their email and website didn't work!'

'Good property and location. Listed as 1 bedroom (double bed) and alcove with bunk beds - but alcove actually a 2nd good size room. Clean - main complaints about listing and extra payments - covered parking not free, but only 35 Euros for week. WIFI pass only for 1 device which is inadequate for 4-6 people, so I would not list this as free WIFI. We had to pay extra for 6 WIFI passes. Cleaning equipment inadequate (vacuum cleaner didn’t work, so we had to pay 100euros extra for cleaning bill. If...

'Apartment was a great size for 5 of us (2 bed plus alcove with bunks). It was clean & well equipped & the reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the swimming pool sauna & steam room - a great addition to our holiday! Location-wise it is at one end of the Deux Alpes strip (less busy end) which was good from a noise perspective. The ski bus stop is right outside (although don’t rely on these…. Especially if you have lessons to get to…They can be a bit dodgy) Belle Etoile chair lift...

'Unbeatable location, comfortably large enough for a family of 4, well fitted, nice large boot room and locker. Not quite as large as it looked in the advert photos (E.g. twin beds weren't separated) and didn't have a proper oven. Very good value for the week we stayed (16-23 Dec). Can order breakfast bakeries to be delivered in the morning-great! Overall, we have stayed in VT for many years and the best appartment we have stayed in.'

'De prijs is hoog in verhouding met geboden service en comfort : bv de lift was overbelast , zo ook de capaciteit van het internet , Sauna erg klein voor het grote aantal mensen , geen extra handdoeken bij het zwembad Ook was de balie te vaak gesloten .'

'Ruim appartement met goede faciliteiten, WiFi, uitzicht op de pistes en de liften. Wij waren met vier volwassenen en zes kinderen. Bagage laden en lossen vanuit de auto is wel eindje lopen door het complex. De skilockers zijn vlakbij het appartement en vanuit daar ski je zo de piste op. Terugweg moet je via andere ingang en is iets verder lopen maar helemaal prima. Al met al heel fijn gehad in Val Thorens!'
