'Hotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly. '

'Te weinig personeel bv 2 personen voor afruimen/schoonmaken van ontbijttafels (250 kamers). Vuile kamers, balkons geerodeerd, extra steunen zijn al aangebracht maar ook die zijn breken al af. Voor alles wordt extra geld gevraagd. Hotel is eigenlijk maar 1 of 2 sterren. Rijp voor de sloop'

'My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! '

'Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was right in the old town centre near many restaurants, shops and the water. The hotel manager Petko was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and helped arrange anything we needed. He definitely made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy. '
