'Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Use of grounds and pool. Very friendly, helpful, hosts gave lots of advice on things to do and places to visit and nothing was too much trouble. Enclosed garden to the cottage so our dog could be let off lead. Peaceful location, we had a great stay, thank you Jill and Phil.'

'An absolutely stunning property in the Charente, perfect for a large family grouping or 2 families. Stunningly well equipped, the owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for a great stay. The pool area is gorgeous and the pool impeccably clean. The main bedroom is stunning. One of the nicest houses we have stayed in. Our only regret is that we were only there for a week. David was super helpful if we had any questions.'

'After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. 'This property is a peaceful shangrila. Our hosts Barbara and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The property is an enclosed peace of paradise. After cognac tasting, going to the local farmers market, kayak races and wandering the lovely village of Jarnac we always looked forward to returning to our gite. 'Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille dans cette belle demeure en pleine nature. L'endroit est très confortable et on s'y sent vite très bien. On est au calme, on a eu de belles soirées étoilées, la proximité des chevaux apporte une certaine sérénité. Le lieu est proche des grands axes routiers sans nuisances, il est donc facile de sillonner la région. Merci à Dominique et ses filles pour leur accueil, on garde l'adresse pour un prochain séjour !'

L’endroit est vraiment très agréable et la mise à disposition de jeux, d’un jacuzzi…apportent un plus incontestable; sans oublier les viennoiseries apportées chaque matin par nos hôtes 😘. 'Au calme et idéalement situé pour de belles promenades le long de la Charente ou au parc de Fregeneuil, tout en restant à proximité de la ville. Le gîte est très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description. Rénovation récente et fonctionnelle. Nous y reviendrons certainement pour une prochaine visite dans cette belle région.'

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Le logement est parfait pour deux couples avec enfants : piscine hors-sol, balançoire, ping-pong, billard… Le terrain clos est idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment en cuisine. Belles pièces et espace extérieur charmant, au calme et à 15min de voiture de Cognac. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !'
