« Logement sale et mobilier insalubre. Vraiment a déconseiller, on ne s'en rend pas compte sur les photos mais ce logement ne vaut clairement pas le prix indiqué. Mobilier cassé, sale, piscine avec la peinture qui se détache, trous dans sol on voit au travers, draps et literie d'une autre époque, etc. On est finalement parti avant la fin de notre séjour, inadmissible. Et le suivi d'Abritel qui fait le mort lorsqu'on demande un remboursement partiel du séjour. Nul sur toute la ligne. »

« What a cool property. Train theme stained glass windows were beautiful. Very clean and well appointed. Had fun with theater room and ping pong table. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

« This home has been renovated and you can feel the love and pretty finishing touches everywhere. With that said, there were some minor issues with cleanliness, which management did address. The quality of the mattresses and bedding could be improved The dogs loved the yard, and the location was central for Joplin. But overall the listing was very accurate and we made some wonderful memories with our family. . »

« This house was very spacious with plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms for our family get-together! Great kitchen space for cooking and large dining room for everyone to eat. Large comfortable living room with plenty of sofa for several family members to sit. Loved the house! Great stay for 9 adults to sleep. »

« The rental is Spacious and close to everything and the pricing is great. We were in town for a family emergency and had to work remotely and the internet was fantastic. The shower water pressure was also excellent. It made for perfect relaxing showers. My only complaints are that we are having to take a whole bag of trash 7 hours home because there’s no where to dispose of it on site. Luckily this trip we brought the truck but others may not be so lucky so keep that in mind if you’re booking....

« We rented the home for a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband's mom. Everyone loved the house. We had great grandkids racing in the front yard and the older generation played hacky sack out back. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prep the lunch and display the cake. Mama loved exploring the home and the little articles about the houses history. She loves old structures. A wonderful place for her party and great memories for all the family. »

« We went as a group of young moms for a comedy show and a quick overnight stay in Joplin. Between the 5 of us, the nightly rent was completely fair, especially for all of us to feel so special and glamorous to stay in such a fabulous house. We loved it and had so much fun! »

« Hot Water has to be ran for a long time before it will get hot, we had to take cold showers the first night, the second night the water was hot finally. WiFi does not really work, so don’t count on being able to watch TV, or work on laptop, etc. Check In information was not sent at any point before the time it states when check in is.. and then it was past 2:00 almost 2:45 before I was able to actually get the information to check in. « We had our "cousin retreat" at this wonderful house with 5 cousins traveling from across the country. The house was perfect! The decor is fun, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the host was lovely. There was more than enough room for us to spread out as well as great spaces to hang out together. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and saw cardinals in the back yard. Located only minutes from the square with its quaint shops. Highly recommend! »

« We came in town for a hair class. Thought we would be able to walk to places to eat from the property but we could not. We were able to get an Uber, so that was nice. The house was set up differently than expected but it worked. It is a very drafty old house and the upstairs got FREEZING. The couch is not comfortable at all and I would not have wanted to sleep on it. There are no extras at this rental at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash. It also smells like pets. »
