'Had a very pleasant stay in their family unit. Room was very spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Got a yummy fresh bottle of milk at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Walking distance to the playground and beach. The room was in the front facing the main road so despite the double-glazed windows, you can hear trucks. I would request a room in the back if available next time but otherwise, will stay again!'

'We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, the space was comfortable for 6 adults, and the view was lovely. Well equipped kitchen even though our stay wasn’t really long enough to cook much more than simple breakfasts. I would say that we didn’t really consider it walking distance to town, given that it was straight up/down and we are all fairly fit people. Carrying groceries or supplies would have been next to impossible. That said, we had a car so it wasn’t an issue, just a note for future guests. '
