This home is beautifully styled and boasts 4 bedrooms, master with en-suite, large spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for catering for the whole family. Spacious lounge room, dining room and gorgeous sitting room all with ocean views are also located on the main level. Downstairs you will find a separate self contained dwelling perfect for the in-laws or teenagers who need their own space. This separate area is beautifully styled and also has ocean views. Featuring large balcony, garage and ample parking spaces this home truly will surprise you.

The launchpad for whale watching tours, sunset cruises and swim with dolphin adventures, Nelson Bay offers a close-to-nature experience with all the creature comforts. The largest town in the Port Stephens area, you’ll find easy access to cafés, restaurants and shopping, as well as sheltered beaches perfect for families with young children.
More than 100 dolphins live in the pristine blue waters of the Port Stephens – Great Lakes Marine Park. Dolphin watching cruises depart all year from the busy marina in Nelson Bay. For a truly unique experience, during the warmer months, you can swim amongst wild dolphins with Dolphin Swim Australia.
Whale watching boat tours operate between May and November, when thousands of humpback and southern right whales migrate along the NSW North Coast. Just east of Nelson Bay, go snorkelling at Fly Point – Halifax Aquatic Reserve, and discover an underwater world teeming with sponge gardens, soft corals, sea turtles and a colourful array of fish.
Hire bikes and cycle the picturesque waterfront. The Bartlett cycleway is 5km one-way from pretty Bagnalls Beach to Little Beach, near the heritage-listed Nelson Head Lighthouse, built in 1872. In the lighthouse cottage, there is a delightful cafe with stunning coastal views. The Little Nel is another great local cafe.
You’ll discover more panoramic vistas at Gan Gan Hill lookout, where you can marvel at the natural beauty of the Port Stephens inlet, twice the size of Sydney Harbour. To the east is the magnificent Tomaree National Park and Fingal Bay. To the south are the giant Stockton Bight Sand Dunes in the Worimi Conservation Lands, one of Australia’s great natural wonders.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit is offered. 

All guests are required to complete our secure online guest agreement prior to your arrival. As part of this process, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) and complete credit card pre-authorization. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Key collection will be from LJ Hooker Nelson Bay

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
