'We had a great time in the Spruce House. It’s a cute house in a great location if you’re visiting Ogallala. Two couples and one doggo stayed a few nights, and it had everything we needed. Lots of amenities including a remodeled kitchen with all cups, bakeware, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, washer and dryer. Place was clean, furniture comfortable. Big TV, fast internet. 'Reserved this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house was the perfect size for my husband, son and I. Perfect location as well. Tim was amazing to work with! I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! '

'I cant speak for the inside of the property since we never got in, after nearly 14 hours in the truck, but the outside of the property looked abandoned. Had to walk through head high weeds to get to the door. It didnt look like it had any lawncare all summer. We ended up booking a hotel room instead'
