Montpius by Totiaran

Montpius is a fabulous duplex apartment, located in the beautiful town of Salardú, just 3km from the ski resort of Baquiera, at 1500 Baqueira. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, has wide area distributed over two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The finishes are minimalist and modern without forgetting the mountain environment where we are.

The first floor is composed of a large living room and kitchenette, all in the same space with wood finishes that give a great sense of comfort and well-being. It also has a balcony where you can appreciate the charm of Salardú with the beauty of the Valley in the background. On the same floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, another room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. On the second floor, all attic, we find the master bedroom suite, with a large double bed and bathroom in the same space overlooking Salardú. It is followed by a room with bunk beds with a capacity for 5 people and a sofa and TV area for the fun of the youngest of the house. The bedroom is assisted by a bathroom with a bathtub.
