Het was buiten erg heet, binnen op de kamer was het ook vrij warm. De ventilator hielp aanzienlijk om te kunnen slapen. Ontbijt was geweldig!

Our prepaid business week was completely sabotaged by this hotel. We had a full week booked and fully prepaid for an essential business trip. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived a day late (after the first night). Instead of professional hospitality or basic problem-solving, we were treated appallingly. The hotel had brazenly resold our room to someone else and marked us as a 'no-show'. This means they collected money twice for the exact same room: once through our prepaid reservation, and a second time from the new guest. Pure double-dipping! To make matters worse, they only offered a room for just one night (until tomorrow), leaving the rest of our business week completely unresolved, and provided no suitable alternative accommodation for the remaining days. When we demanded accountability, they had the nerve to offer a measly 10% refund after keeping our money for a week we were locked out of. The staff lacked basic professionalism, empathy, or any understanding of corporate hospitality. This hotel essentially pockets your money and leaves business travelers stranded. Save your company the financial loss and frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs.
