'I made a mistake putting my name on the reservation wrong and nobody helped me so I lost my money'

'The hotel was just okay. Nothing fancy, not dirty, but also not able to read the room. I had my 80 yr old Grandma with me and they checked us into a room in the BASEMENT that we had to walk a country mile to get to. Never again.'

'This hotel is such a great pick and I’d highly recommend it. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I showed up at 1 PM earlier than my scheduled check-in time and asked for an early check-in, and they kindly assisted me with it.'

'The front desk employee was behind a plexiglass shield which tells you what type of neighborhood the hotel is in. I will say this, if you are one of those who feel that they don't need to follow rules or play the "disrespected" game, this is not the hotel for you. Bare minimum is what this hotel has to offer. The room was as clean as it could be after people traipse through the room on a daily basis.'

Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property.'

'This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection.'
