Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
1. Couldnโt take a shower because, after running the water for 15 minutes, the water wasnโt hot enough!!
2. I was charged $120 for one night for my dog. When I check the website I saw that there was a $20 pet fee. There was also a mention of a $100 cleaning fee. This was my misunderstanding. I thought the cleaning fee was if my dog messed up the room in a significant manner they had the right to charge me $100 for cleaning fee. I have absolutely no issue with that. Where I was incorrect โฆ.they routinely charged the $100 whether your room was pristine or a mess.
When I explained I have seen cleaning charges but not a mandatory standard fee. As example, if you rent a car and you smoke in that car, they have it posted within the car that they will charge a $200 or $250 fee as a cleaning fee. I have also seen hotels do something very similar if you smoke in a nonsmoking room.
To charge a guest $120 for ONE night for a dog
Is, in my opinion, obscene.
Obviously I will never book a Marriott hotel and plan on telling everyone my experience.
