'The description online doesn’t match the rooms/beds in the house. There was a prior renters trash still in the house. The neighborhood is being remodeled and looked a war zone and the construction workers were cooking and hanging out right out far all night. '

Downtown nausea takes about 20 min I suggest using the bus which is steps away from the property. Taxis are extremely expensive if traveling in large groups. Only suggestion for property is to provide extra blankets and sheets for sleeping '
