'This was the wordy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s was dirty, the pool water smells bad, the furniture inside the rooms and lobby are all dirty. The floors everywhere were disgusting! Roaches in the bathroom! The food was ok, only. They say it has a laundry room, and when I needed, guess what? It didn’t exist! Then I asked the house cleaner to just dry our soaking swim clothes for 15min before I packed them back into the suitcase, the answer was, no! The beach in front of the hotel is terrible!...

'I took my 2 grandsons, 19 and 16 yrs for their birthdays. The resort exceeded all of our expectations. The private beach was beautiful and we could watch the cruise ships come in and out. We swam with the pigs, went snorkeling and visited the turtles all in one day. The waterpark was next to our resort and it was a great place to get on the lazy river and enjoy all the other water features. You must know everything closes at 5 PM as far as restaurants in town, so it was a bit of an issue at...

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '
