This was the most amazing house — a well constructed, beautiful home. High ceilings, room to spare, tons of beds (so that even if we had more people, everyone could have gotten their own bed), and great furniture. Everything matched here (for example, the kitchen was not a lot of mismatched junk, but instead all of the same silverware, plates, coffee cups, utensils, etc.). The hosts were spectacular in helping us enjoy this truly first class, well appointed property. The difference between staying in this totally relaxing space versus a frenetic busy hotel is hard to overstate. We will be back!

Great property, very spacious and clean. Centrally located to quickly reach many areas of interest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive, we had one minor issue and it was quickly and easily fixed without any disruption to us. Property is in a good location where Uber rates are inexpensive making it easy to get downtown without having to drive your car and pay for parking. Close to expressway but still a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as a family for our Spring Break this year. The house was even better than pictured and was immaculately clean! Henry was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We are from Alabama. Have some family in Nashville and the rest from Wisconsin. We all met in Nashville & spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at the townhouse. It was perfect for our family. Only negative is lots of stairs if you have elderly parents but I was aware of this from other reviews.

21st Birthday Trip

Our group of 3 mom friends took our 3 best friend 21 year olds on a weekend trip to Nashville. The house was perfect for the moms and the kids! Plenty of space to spread out and the living area/kitchen/dining was perfect for playing cards and chatting. Area was close to downtown and there were always plenty of Lyft drivers available at all times. Henry was very responsive and quickly responded to any questions we had!! Great house, great host!

Ladies trip

The property was very nice. It was vety clean. There was plenty of space for all eight of us. The bedrooms were very nice as well. Everyone slept well in the beds. We enjoyed gathering in the living room. It is a very nice neighborhood. We were able to go for walks with no problems. It was very close to town where there were lots of things to do. We enjoyed the large kitchen with all the amenities. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends. The only concern were the two chairs in the living room need to be cleaned.

Nice house for Large Groups

This was a nice house for large groups such as bachelorette weekends, etc. The master bedroom contains 2 queen size beds which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, the garage is really small. The house is clean but could use a coat of paint on the walls. The previous tenants have left many marks. Finally, the AC on the second floor has some type of schedule were it turns itself to 85 degrees in the middle of the night. It was not a great house for us but would be great for groups looking for lots of beds.
