Incredible home with an amazing pool!

The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. The house itself is huge and incredibly spacious, with two living rooms for everyone to hang out in. The first living room is conveniently located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor, while the second living room is on the 3rd floor, complete with a pool table. Just outside on the rooftop, you have a super private views of the downtown Nashville skyline, especially at night. We also loved the gym—it was fully equipped with everything you could need, making it perfect for morning workouts. The attention to detail in this house is outstanding, and it truly feels like a luxury getaway. The location is unbeatable. The house is within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants like Egghill and Barcelona Wine Bar, and cafes like Osa and The Well. You can also easily walk to The Gulch, which is full of fun restaurants, bars, and shops. From The Gulch, you’re only a few minutes away from the lively Downtown Broadway area. This house was a 10/10. Joe was also a 10/10. Quick to respond and always available to help out with anything. I would highly recommend.

Excellent House for a Group!

We had a lovely time in Nashville! The pictures don't do the property justice, it's much larger. Our group of 13 was comfortable, we couldn't believe how cozy the beds were! The pool wasn't ready yet for our stay, but the house had a wonderful outdoor porch so we really weren't impacted. 10/10 would stay again!

Nicest quality vacation home I’ve visited!

This truly may have been the nicest Vrbo I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The house and location were perfect. Close enough to even scooter to Broadway! Joe always answered right away if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again next time we come back. Loved every bit of it and me and my group had an absolute BLAST!

We stayed for a bachelorette party - close to Broadway and everyone had a bed and plenty of room! Wish we would have stayed when the pool/gym was completed - once that’s done, the place will be even better!!

Amazing weekend in Nashville!

We stayed at the Sunny Modern Oasis this past weekend in Nashville and it was above and beyond the best vacation home I’ve stayed in. The house looked exactly like the listing photos which sometimes is not the case, and very clean! The space was great
plenty of room for the 15 of us to spread out but also the gathering areas were large enough that we could all hang out together when we wanted to. Joe was a fantastic host! He answered my (many) questions quickly and was always available when/if we needed to get a hold of him. Would absolutely stay here again!

Luxury Stay Near the Gulch

Amazing house for parents weekend away. Everything about the house was perfection - comfortable beds, linens and towels. Decorated beautifully. We loved the rooftop hangout and check in was a breeze. Joe was a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating. We loved the short walk to the gulch. Would highly recommend staying here during your next group trip to Nashville with family or friends :)

Beautiful House for Bachelorette Party

Thank you Joe for allowing us to rent your beautiful house for my daughter’s bachelorette party. We ranged from ages 22- 59. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and the perfect location to the Nashville hotspots. We would definitely stay here again! Just a lovely place!

Joe was an excellent host and the property was perfect for our group of 15. The rooftop area was the perfect spot to hang out and it was great having two indoor living spaces to spread out as well. Superiority with Seekstay

Everything about this place is top of the line. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained. Great location with just a short Uber ride to Broadway. Close enough to the party without having to live in it. Host, Joe Shields, is a true professional. I would highly recommend this porperty.

Lots of space for a large group with two large different indoor sitting areas, cute patio as well if it’s nice out. Had everything we needed. Could walk to some restaurants. Quick lyft/uber to Broadway. A garage if you bring a car for safe keeping

Perfect for our Family Reunion at Thanksgiving

After a 3 year hiatus we managed to restart our annual family reunion, this time over Thanksgiving. As luck would have it this was probably the best place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we entered it exuded light, airiness and felt inviting, down to the thoughtful welcome gift left on the kitchen island. In particular the spaciousness of everything, from the open plan first floor with large gathering and kitchen area separated by the second floor from the large deck and larger game room area on the third floor to the bathrooms (definitely not cramped). The biggest plus for us were the beds. Everyone was really impressed with how comfortable they were! Moreover there were no cheap thin single mattress pull out beds to make up the complement of advertised beds. All were at least full size including the 3 pull outs. The number of beds for the advertised occupancy was also helpful for us given the number of singles in our party. It seems like a small thing but a restful night can make a huge difference to the enjoyment of gathering. In so many ways, the eye to detail in the appointments just made you want to relax. Definitely felt like the “oasis” it was advertised as. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Joe!
