This spectacular modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full and one-half bathrooms, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious open concept living and dining room area, private garage, and three outside entertaining areas including a rooftop patio with an amazing view.

A large open first floor with tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light greets you as you walk in the front door. There’s plenty of space for visiting with friends and family with numerous soft seating and dining options, a gas fireplace, and a 75-inch flat screen television. A wall of glass separates the living area from a beautiful outdoor patio with comfortable lounge furniture and a large teak table.

Dining in is easy with our fabulous state of the art gourmet kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities – from sauté pans to dessert plates and everything in between. The kitchen area features barstool seating for 4 and the rustic dining table opens to seat 12. Our beverage bar provides a selection of teas and coffee as well as various individually wrapped snacks.

We have three large outdoor spaces for your enjoyment – a first floor outdoor covered porch and patio, a second floor covered porch and a third floor deck with a built-in gas fireplace.

The home features furniture from upscale retailers like Restoration Hardware and West Elm as well as iconic Mid-century Modern pieces. Each bed has a memory foam gel mattresses covered in high-thread count bed linens. Each bathroom is stocked with soft thirsty Turkish towels and spa amenities.

Two iron & ironing board sets, 5 hair dryers, make-up areas, and three sets of washers and dryers (including a sidekick for ultra small loads) make looking good easy. Extra personal items like toothbrushes, razors and toothpaste as well as makeup remover pads are stocked in the bathroom cabinets, free of charge.

All four bedrooms have large closets and access to their own bathroom. Very few four-bedroom rentals offer four full and one half bathrooms!

The third-floor master bedroom has two Queen metal canopy beds, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, full spa bathroom with double vanities, a glassed in wet area with a rain shower and soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in closet including a full-sized washer and dryer.

Two sets of Restoration Hardware bunk beds are in Bedroom Three. A full bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower with overhead rain shower is located nearby.

Bedroom Four is the studio bedroom with a king sized bed, a kitchenette, a lounge area with 70 inch television, a desk, it's own three piece bathroom, a walk in closet and a washer dryer. It has a separate entrance and its own covered porch area.
