Located in the heart of Nashville, experience our South of Broadway (SoBro) apartment suites that delightfully blend the luxurious benefits of a boutique hotel with the familiarity of home. The SoBro Guest House is within easy walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, and world-renowned music and entertainment.

Each guest at SoBro Guest House will enjoy private spaces designed with Parachute linens, Apple TVs, local Good Citizen coffee, and Public Goods amenities. Every apartment suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, and living room. To bring a little more Nashville to your stay, each unit is decorated with one-of-a-kind art from local artist Nathan Brown.

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Parking is first-come, first-served, and is limited to one spot per reservation.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Please contact us if you're interested in booking multiple apartment suites for group reservations.

This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the SoBro Guest House experience.

Great downtown location!

Great location, able to park the car and walk everywhere - to the Gulch for Biscuit Love and Five Daughters Bakery, to Broadway, and to Nissan Stadium. This will be our first choice for our next trip to Nashville, highly recommend!

Good Location

Property is located close enough to walk to most everything. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We didn't care for the strong smell in the apartment, which we think was just a room spray /deodorizer. The shower head was strong enough to peel two layers of skin off, but the bed was very comfortable.

Property is around 5 blocks away from Honky Tonk Hwy (Broadway). Close to many bars and restaurants. Unit was clean and well stocked. We definitely would come back and use this property again!

Everything was super easy, from reservation to check-in and check-out. Great location, we walked to everything we wanted to see. There are loads of restaurants and bars in the area, almost all having live music.

Family stay

The property seemed to have not been cleaned very thoroughly prior to our stay. The vents were stuffed with thick dust that fell to the floor when we turned the air on. Being that the visit was mid-August this was a bit frustrating. The booking was also for 4 people and this was clarified through our booking confirmation. However, there were only two shower towels left in the bathroom for us. It was a great location and convenient last minute stay though.
