Awesome property. The host carefully considered the needs of their guests. Love the location. Very central to Nashville attractions and walkable. The host was so helpful and offered great suggestions for our stay. We visited over Thanksgiving week and especially loved the fireplace and the fire pit.

We were in town for a Vanderbilt football game and were easily walked to stadium in 30 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and very cute. House well maintained. Kitchen/laundry/bathroom well stocked which was appreciated! The beds were so comfy! Host was super easy to communicate with. The house came w many food/fun recommendations. We were pretty booked w our own schedule but if we come back… will spend time in back yard w fire pit!We ordered sandwiches from 615 deli and had pizza at Doughbird. Both close. We usually head downtown but found everything we needed very close to house.

Our group expected a beautiful and clean place based on the listing but it even exceeded those expectations upon arrival. It’s also in a safe and esthetic walkable neighborhood which we valued greatly while being a short ride to downtown. Pros:The location was great- set in a quaint, safe neighborhood with tree-lined streets. The house itself was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our group of eight. While we didn't spend much time inside, it's well-equipped with activities for those we prefer to stay in. Cons: There are quite a few unusual house rules, such as a strict no- perfume policy in the bedrooms. The rules are posted in multiple spots throughout the house, which felt a bit excessive. Additionally, the thermostat upstairs doesn't regulate temperature well compared to downstairs. When we arrived, the house was freezing on the main level but uncomfortably warm upstairs. We were also charged 22 for what appeared to be a very minor mark on two towels. I've included photos, as I don't believe the charge was warranted. Overall, the experience reminded me of visiting a grandma who puts plastic covers on the furniture- she wants guests, but maybe not the wear and tear that comes with hosting them.

First of all communicating with the owner felt like I was communicating with my best friend Jayce was lovely in every way possible. She gave me great suggestions on places to eat and see while in Nashville. The home location is great. The home is VERY clean and comfortable and with so many amenities. My family travels a lot and we have only recently decided to begin staying in VRBO over hotels. This VRBO will not disappoint, Jayce and Mac make sure there is nothing you need while staying in their lovely home. We will be back in Nashville as my husband has some family there and our plan is to stay in the same house.What an enjoyable visit we had. I can’t say enough good things.

Family Gathering in Nashville

We absolutely loved Beechwood Bungalow and its proximity to 12 South, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities - also a quick drive/uber into Broadway. This property was beautiful as good as or even better that what was in the pictures! The backyard was so relaxing and a great place to hang out. The Beechwood Bungalow was perfect for our trip. Very safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to Hillsboro Village and 12 South. We called a Ride Share for anywhere else we wanted to go!! The bungalow is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need. Jaycee and Mac are quick to respond with information. Book ur stay, you will not be disappointed!!

Family Reunion

This house is lovely and the location was perfect for our family reunion. My cousin lives in Green Hills so only took 10-20 minutes to drive between the 2 houses, depending upon the traffic. We had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 people to feel comfortable in their own parts of the house. The kitchen was nicely stocked but we hardly cooked. We mainly ate out with family. The ceiling fans were much appreciated since it was rather toasty during our stay! We all enjoyed the backyard area in the mornings as well as the front porch swing and chairs. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. Nashville is a lovely city with diverse sites to visit. The house is located near Belmont Mansion, Belle Meade and Cheekwood. We enjoyed them all. Will definitely visit again when we return for our next visit to Nashville. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was perfect. Martha

Amazing, beautiful & comfortable home

We were a group of 6 friends enjoying a fun weekend in Nashville. Beds were very comfortable, LOVED having plenty of bathrooms and how the bathrooms were set up. 2 bathrooms upstairs with 2 bedrooms & one bathroom downstairs with 2 bedrooms, and the toilets are all separate from the sink area - so 3 showers made it easy for 6 women to get ready. House has a great outdoor space and living room kitchen. Love the location, too - it was an easy walk to the lovely 12 South area. Hosts were super helpful - had great suggestions for everything and we enjoyed it all- Frothy Monkey, Pucketts, Grand Ole Opry, Country Music HOF, etc - the list goes on and on. Would definitely stay here again - it was a beautiful comfortable home.
