Amazing location and beautiful home

Three couples on a family vacation. We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is gorgeous! Everyone had their own space, also there were plenty of community spaces as well. The customer service and information that Kim provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. She’s an amazing host! We'll definitely return and stay there again!

Wonderful weekend

We enjoyed our time here. Beautiful home, well appointed, great layout for a big group. Plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone. Quiet neighborhood, amazing rooftop patio was awesome on a cool Nashville night. We had 3 couples and each had their own king bed- perfect for us!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The owners messaged back quickly when I had questions and even offered to come over to help me with something. The house was BEAUTIFUL and worked well for a group of 10 girls. The location and neighborhood was great. We felt safe and could walk around easily. We all talked about how we would like to live there!

CMA Fest Nashville

Great location with proximity to 12 south and getting down to Broadway and Nissan. Great size and space offered in this property with room for multiples to have their own space. Couple of mattresses are ready to be replaced and a couple of replacement utensils for cooking would be great for such a nice property. Fantastic communication and process made this a for sure stay location.

Spacious townhouse in 12 South

Good location near fun 12 south neighborhood. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Loved the spacious bedrooms and living spaces. Comfy beds. Although property seems pretty new, lots of little things broken - towel/tp racks, dishes, burnt light bulbs, blinds. Fairly well stocked kitchen but no glass wine glasses or corkscrew, few spoons. Master bedroom with high windows with no shades leading to very bright early mornings. All little annoyances but add up to only giving 4 stars. Would stay again if minor repairs were more attended to.

Wonderful house!

Incredible house, so beautiful and comfortable. We had many generations, everyone had their own space and privacy, which is exactly what we were looking for! The layout was beautiful communication with the owner was great. Would stay here again in a second if we had a big group. Location was also great, a little further than 12 south than I had thought, especially for 80 year olds! Wonderful house, would definitely recommend!

We were a group of seven ladies celebrating our 60th birthday. The house was perfect and location was great. The property manager was wonderful allowing us for any early check-in and was great with getting back to us. Would highly recommend this property!
