Things to note:



- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.



-We do not host locals without approval from management first. If you are a local and book without contacting the host, your reservation may be canceled without the possibility of a refund.



- No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.



-For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund. This does not this apply to HVMB also.



- Equipped with 7 exterior security cameras and 1 camera in the garage, which is aimed at the door. These cameras are used for monitoring and security purposes only. Footage is held by a 3rd party and is only reviewed if there is reason. There are no cameras inside of the home.
