We rented this place for a family vacation. Communication with the owner was great and the property was just as described. The location was peaceful and the house was decorated so nicely. We loved the decor! The dock was awesome and we rented a pontoon for the long weekend that we were able to tie off right out back. A few of us used the kayaks that were provided which was a lot of fun! It was very hot while we were there and the AC worked great to keep us cool. The kitchen was stocked nicely as were the bedrooms/baths with ample towels, beach towels, etc. And the mattresses were SO comfy! The location was about a 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville so we enjoyed taking an Uber to the city to enjoy some country music and the excitement of Broadway! It was the best of both worlds: relaxation right on the banks of the water and a short trip to the excitement of the city! The house was clean other than some dust bunnies under the beds/tables but nothing that would turn me off from renting again. The finished basement was a big bonus as the younger girls were able to enjoy a private space for themselves away from us older adults. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay! We would definitely book again while in the area!

Our host Adrian was very kind and responsive. The house was wonderful! The beds and furniture was comfortable and the foosball table downstairs was a plus since the weather was pretty cold during our stay. We enjoyed seeing the deer each day. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

Amazing lake house, everything is just right with this place. Beds are comfy, baby cradle ready to set up, kitchen is fully equipped. And the lake is a dream. We did kayaking all the time despite it was the end of November. Thank you Adrian for the great memories for our family!
