The Space:

With 8 bedrooms and 12 beds split across two full homes, Sparks & Bubbles lets multiple families or a full bridal party each claim their own space without ever losing the group. Booked together through VRBO as one reservation, both homes stay fully private for your group alone, no shared walls, no other guests.



Bubbles, the first home, holds 4 bedrooms, a chef-style kitchen with light gray woven bar stools at the island, a built-in vanity and makeup area for getting ready, and a rooftop hot tub glowing under pink lights with the skyline behind it. A pull-out sofa in the living room adds sleeping space without using a bedroom.



Sparks, next door, mirrors the layout with 4 more bedrooms, a quartz kitchen, designer lighting, and its own rooftop deck built around a fire pit and gas grill. One bedroom here carries a comic book art theme, with bold wallpaper and its own doorway out to the balcony.



Picture the group splitting the afternoon between both rooftops, grilling as the sun drops, soaking in the hot tub once the skyline lights up, then both homes going quiet for the night while everyone sleeps. It's a quieter stretch of the city with downtown energy always just a short ride away

Rideshare is the easiest way into downtown Nashville and Broadway for a night out, and the Germantown area roads make getting around simple for families driving in with multiple vehicles
