Walk out your front door and you'll find yourself in the middle of the Five Points/Fatherland District of East Nashville. The first restaurant you'll come upon is literally 100 steps from your cottage, "Maru Sushi & Grill".....101 steps "The Local Taco".
Our small community features an eclectic mix of 20+ local businesses. You'll find trendy restaurants, hand-blended teas, home décor, antiques, chocolate & confections, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of all that you are only 1.5 miles from downtown Nashville and Titans Stadium.
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you during your visit! This is a completely renovated home and non- smoking property. We just ask you take care of it as your own home......we thank you in advance as do future guests. :) Our cottage has two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has one additional bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. In both bathrooms you'll find body wash, shampoo, hair dryers, and of course plenty of towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you'll need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room and the couch pulls out and sleeps two more. In all your cottage sleeps 6 comfortably.
There is one ring doorbell that will be facing the front stairs/road. This will be on during your stay but is for security purposes only.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a deck to sit out and enjoy the out doors. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!
