The most desirable neighborhood in Nashville - Hillsboro Village - and it's all yours when you stay here at the beautiful and well-appointed “Hillsboro Haven”. This impeccable 1945 Cape Cod style home is walking distance to Vanderbilt, Hillsboro Village (Fido, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Double Dogs, Hopdoddy, Villager Tavern & more), Centennial Park, & West End and it's just minutes from Broadway, 12 South, Midtown and all the best restaurants, bars & music venues in Nashville.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an amazingly spacious chef's kitchen, this wonderful home easily sleeps 6 people and even includes a private back patio with a fully fenced-in yard and gas grill. A few more features available for use during your time here are a full dining table, gourmet 6-burner gas stove, coffee maker or french press, plush top-quality mattresses and bedding, high-speed internet & wifi, and flat screen TVs in each bedroom (w/ access to Smart TV apps but no cable).

In order to provide more privacy I will stay elsewhere during bookings but a house representative or I will be happy to answer questions regarding restaurants, activities, etc, if desired. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the office (closed off w/ private entrance). With advance notice to guests, I may sometimes use the private office but most likely I'll be offsite the whole time.

Off street parking in driveway (left side of house) can fit up to 4 cars (2 car privacy behind mechanical gate). Additional street parking available.

Perfect Nashville Stay

Everything at this property was perfect. Literally perfect. Location, walkability to Hillsboro Village/12 South, inexpensive Ubers to everywhere else. Very safe neighborhood. Perfectly decorated, perfectly comfortable. Ethan really thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location! Disappointing house

We enjoyed Nashville. The listing described the house as three bedroom, two bath. It sounded perfect for two couples who are great friends. But when we arrived, we discovered the two main bedrooms (king and queen beds) were both upstairs and shared the only bathroom on that level, and that was in the hall. It would not work for two separate couples. Therefore, one couple reluctantly slept on the first floor in a room with twin beds (no closet) and a hall bathroom which was directly adjacent to the kitchen. The other major negative was that the floor and stairs squeaked horribly. This became an even worse issue because the couple sleeping on the first floor heard every footstep of the other couple upstairs. The owner had lots and lots of rules. Many unnecessary. Over the top. It also would have been more helpful if the owner had provided his tips on what areas to see and explore, what restaurants to try, attractions to visit, walking destinations from the house —when we reserved his home. As it was, that information was released to us just a week before our arrival after we had done most of the research ourselves. And, more frustrating, we had to contact him shortly before checkin to find out how to even get into the house. His overall inflexibility was frustrating… Parking at the house was definitely a challenge. Street parking worked the best. The house is in a great location, but given the premium price per night, it was overall a rather disappointing experience.

Fantastic vacation home!

Ethan was the perfect host. His house is beautiful, spacious and equipt with everything you’d ever need as a guest. He was extremely accommodating of our needs for an early arrival and late departure. I would highly recommend Ethan’s home for any group of friends or family.

Wonderful Home!!

LOVED it!! Absolutely no complaints! Clean, well stocked, comfortable and perfect location! This home is everything you see in the pictures and so much more! Ethan was an Amazing host, and such a pleasure to work with! I sent him a message to let him know we would be arriving late and he made an extra trip to the house just to leave lights on for us! He truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Loved this house!!!

We came to Nashville for our daughter's graduation. This house was perfect for our family. It's within walking distance to Vanderbilt campus and is just an amazing house! There is a bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor which was nice for our grandmother. The beds are all super comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need! The backyard is just perfect to enjoy family time! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

We loved everything about this house for our family. We were in Nashville for our daughter's graduation from Belmont, and this house made the visit spectacular. Our only "disappointment" was that it rained during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the delightful and well-appointed backyard as much as we would have done if the sun had been out!

The property is charming and in a great spot to access restaurants, shopping, and Vanderbilt university and medical center. Ethan went above an beyond.
