'The staff was fantastic! All around'

'We arrive in the hotel at midnight and i ask the receptionist for additional blanket and pillow since i booked for 5 persons and they don’t have extra. The carpet is dirty and the beddings and blanket has hair!!'

'Front desk was nice, house keeping was nice with the exception of one lady. The one that was replenishing I think she was a lead. Very rude. We asked for basic amenities as they were empty or out of, she didn’t know she was on speaker with the front desk and told them she was getting sick and tired of our room number. We never asked them to make our beds, take out our trash or anything. All we asked for was new towels as we traded in our others, shampoo and conditioner were out and toilet paper...

'This property is showing its age but the staff are doing a great job of keeping it clean and functioning. Every staff member went over and beyond to make it feel like “coming home”. The two front people, Connie and David were exceptional. We met the manager in the morning and she was wonderful as well. Would highly recommend this property based on staff alone but the cleanliness of everything made it perfect. The king bed was very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great.'

'Pool was closed. We were sent to the sister pool in the Marriott next door. Also closed for repairs. Very disappointed. '

'The hotel has seen better days, but is not awful. It is good place to spend a few days in the area. Solid three to four stars IF you stay on the ground floor. Ask for Ms. Tasha at the front desk, as she is absolutely EXCELLENT at her job! Tasha is professional and extremely helpful. She also knows the Rocky Mount area, so she can recommend great places to eat. The Waffle House right next door is good! Make sure Jahvon is on the grill. That fella can make a great steak omelet!'

'This Motel 6 was closed for renovation. They had been closed for almost three months. We had to find other lodging. I was very unhappy after driving over 300 miles. I will not use this service again.'
