Alicia at late checkin on Friday Feb 21st was amazing - it was a long day/night for a sporting tournament and she was just so sweet and made is laugh! You can tell she is super personable and is great with customer service!
The facility itself is great (nice gym and Starbucks!) but the only gripe I had is NOT with anything this Marriott staff could have prevented
But Marriott corporate, shame on you for putting cheap mini fridges instead of ones that actually stay cold - it’s advertised as a fridge not a 2 hour cooler. Such a shame. We travel with just 2 little Tupperware containers of basic plain grilled protein for dietary needs - and food spoils quickly in these 2 hour coolers. I researched and the coolers are ‘supposed’ to stay cold even after the 2 hour button is pressed - but so many reviews (including our last stay) prove this is not true. Even with pressing the ‘on/2 hour cool’ button, it’s held ‘cool’ but never cold and after the 2 hours, it’s back to like warm probably within 15 minutes…. So even if you want ‘cool’ you need to press the 2 hour button every 2 hours to restart the timer.

More disappointing as customers want a fridge that actually keeps item cold! It’s unlikely for energy conservation…. really just Marriott trying to be cheap and it’s appears it’s upsetting a number of clients!
