'Everything was perfect!! Our 9th visit and fell in love with this hotel when we got there for the 1st time. For us, European, pretty expensive but worth the money!! Can’t imagine a better a hotel with the same atmosphere. Will definiately get there again if possible! '

'First, the beach here is impeccable and well maintained by this hotel company. The water is a bluish green and very calm and clear. Unlike other resorts, the pictures that I saw before I booked this stay were not photoshopped. We stayed in the beachfront room on the third floor and arrived late at night. When I woke up in the morning and saw the white sand beach and the beautiful ocean, I was blown away.This resort reminded me of a small resort in the Caribbean. You don’t see resorts like this...

'Nice property, fair price on a great location.
Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area.
Close to 5th Street.
Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.'

'Not happy at all with this stay. The property feels outdated, and the rooms were not cleaned to the standard you would expect for the price being charged. The pool area is very small and also looks old and poorly maintained.
What was most disappointing was arriving at check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When we raised the issue, staff promised refunds or compensation that never materialized. It felt misleading and very frustrating.

'As soon as we arrived they helped us with bags and all other necessities!
Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially bc I was with my adult special needs daughter,,,,, everyone made out stay very comfortable. Edna, the server by the pool was super nice and helpful ,, we will come back again!!!'
