Enjoy 3 bedrooms in a home with great open concept in central Naples. The private enclosed back yard lets you enjoy the outdoors. There are many easily accessible beaches just over a mile away. You'll love being able to easily hit up all of the must do activities in town because it is so centrally located to everything! Downtown is just 4 miles south, the beach a mile to the west and high end shopping a mile north -- convenience is important!
The space
As you walk into home, you're greeted with the open great room and kitchen, ample seating to gather and plan your adventures of the day. A guitar, ukulele and keyboard are waiting for your musician to set the vacation mood.

Walk straight to the back enclosed lanai with plenty of seating and a Hammock. continue to an outdoor patio with chairs and the pergola and fire pit with seating to enjoy the outdoor weather. A charcoal BBQ is waiting for your chef on the back patio. The backyard is partially enclosed and is surrounded with fruit trees. With lucky timing, the fruit will be ready for harvest and you can enjoy. Wash the sand off after a trip to the beach with the outdoor shower.

To the left of the great room is a full bath and the 3 bedrooms.

The home can sleep up to 13 people. This home is ideal for extended families with children as up to 2 cribs are included (please ask for the cribs ahead of time, they are not set up unless requested).

There is WiFi in the home and desks in each room, ready for works stays. Children are welcome in this space and we recommend baby and beach equipment rentals from Twinkle Twinkle Little Store.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy the home privately and have the front entrance to themselves. The home is a duplex and the other unit has a separate entrance on the side of the home. The garage is a shared space. The rest of the yard is available for you to enjoy privately.
Other things to note
no parties are permitted and the maximum number of guests in the home may not exceed the registered number of guests on the reservation.

This listing is a duplex and shares a wall with another unit however you will most likely will not have any interaction with others. Please park on the left side of the driveway or alongside the street in front of the home. The other unit uses the right side of the driveway and may have cars parked on that side.

Our home is in an ungated neighborhood but is very safe and the neighbors are a mixture of retirees and working families. It is a very safe neighborhood. While it may not be as fancy as some of the surrounding multimillion dollar communities nearby, you in turn get to enjoy a lot of home for significantly less money. We price our home at a fraction of what it would cost to stay elsewhere because we know that budget savvy travelers come to Naples for the beaches and the weather, not specifically for the home they are staying in. We hope you understand this value and appreciate it for what it is and the fact that you are a close drive to everything.

Please note that the fire pit may not be available for use during dry season when there is high risk for wildfires.

During the hot summer months, please understand that all HVAC units, including ourcentral air system, have physical limitations and may not be able to cool the home more than 20 degrees less than the outside temperature.
