'Great room with plenty of space. The room was warm and very clean. The staff upon check in and check out were amazing'

'Nothing special about this hotel or it's location. Our room was dark and had a small window that overlooked a tyre repair shop. The breakfast looked was okay but we enjoyed going out for coffee and a bite to eat at the various cafes in the area. Next time we're in Napier, we'll stay somewhere else.'

'Website advertised reception open til 7pm, which I liked as I made decision to stop driving to rest on road trip. Reception wasn’t open when arrived at 5.45pm. Called phone no. listed on the entry door. They made plans to collect key at another hotel 3min drive away so that was ok. As it was a last minute decision to stay night as I had been driving all day, I was really disappointed there were no bathrobes as advertised, I had no jarmies or clothes and chose the Hotel over others as it stated...

'Large clean and tidy room. The really annoying issue was the hot water did not run hot enough to run 2 baths. Great location right on the wharf and one could walk to a great selection of cafes. Bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Sorry to the reception guy for interrupting your game.'

'Uitzicht op zee, als je je best doet. Citycentre op loopafstand. Superschone kamer! Spa naast het bed. Rugby kijken vanuit de spa!'

'Kamer was netjes. Alleen het elektrisch vuur werkte niet, maar men zocht aanstonds een oplossing.'

'Very clean and comfortable room with enough space. the view from the balcony is fantastic especially as you can hear the ocean. '

'Check in was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice clean bathroom and good powerful shower. Good comfortable beds. Parking directly outside and facility very handy to City and all other areas we were visiting. Had stayed at Palm City Motor Inn twice previously in a smaller 3 bed unit but felt the 4 bed unit we had this time was a cut above. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napier.'

'Goed motel. Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Goede afhaal fish en chips vlak achter motel. Uurtje lopen naar centrum'
