'Our stay was great! A cute little side property that was perfect for our family. We encountered an issue but the host was helpful in sorting it out. It felt off the beaten path, but it a positive way. Serene setting and wonderful stay! '

'We had a great stay. The house was very nice and similar to the pictures posted online. The view is incredible and worth the stay alone. The only challenging part of the trip was the ability to call Ubers / Lyfts into town given the remote nature of the house - sometimes the wait time was upwards of 20 minutes. Additionally, the instructions to arrive at the house can be challenging for drivers. '

'This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!'

'We had a great trip! Charles was a communicative and flexible host. The house was in an ideal location and allowed for an easy family vacation. We loved having our morning coffees on the front porch, and ate every meal in the backyard. Hope we are able to make this an annual trip!'

'It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham...
