Appartementen in Nampo

'Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room.'

'Location and room is fine but a little pricy..'

'The appartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, but the service and comfort is nothing like adverised. First of all, after booking you receive an email with the information that check-in details will be distributed 48h upftont. I did not receive anything, so 24upfront I contacted the property. The chat option is a bot and omly speaks Korean. Via de homewebsite you can reach a human, that translates to English. Their policy is to email the details at 11am on the day of your stay? Why send...

'Great apartment style hotel. In a giant building that shares with another hotel. The views were great but location isn't great. You have to Uber everywhere.'

'It was a little apartment but it provided us with everything we needed for our stay in Busan. We absolutely love Jeonpo area (stayed here on a previous trip) so it was perfectly located for us. There is a convenience store at the entrance and so many cute cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro entrance is right in front of the building (so convenient) and when we had some difficulties with the WiFi someone came to fix it right away. The apartment itself is nice and modern and the view from the...

'Nice apartment'

'Because it is not a hotel, the service wasn’t great. But the size and amenities in it were excellent enough to compensate for the lack of service. If you’re traveling with a family or friends, it is a great deal much more than a hotel because of its size and and amenities and ocean views. I would say it’s about 1700 sf for us. Highly recommend.'

'Loved the room, it was like a small apartment that was perfect for my partner and me. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable since it had like a plastic wrapping and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, but overall our stay was pleasant.'

'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'

'This apartment was amazing. Really with spacious with great amenities and the washing machine with detergent was really appreciated. Being able to leave luggage the next day was very useful and don’t sleep on the rooftop cafe/pool. On our last day we were wandering around moaning at the lack of options to watch the sunset when I suddenly remembered the button for rooftop pool in the elevator. It was fab!'

'Great location, close to station, shops & beach'
