'This rental looked exactly like the pictures, with an exceptional view of the ocean which was exactly what we wanted. The unit came with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Check in and communication with Amy went well, she did an outstanding job of communicating both the check in as well as checkout process. The location was good too for the places we needed to go to. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The property is lovely but this is the third time I have stayed here and had problems with the noise in the Bathrooms. The san combination light in the bathroom over the toilets has a problem with some type of drip that comes from the exhaust pipe and hits the top of the fan making a knocking sound. It goes on during the day and you don't notice it but once you turn the lights and the t v off to go to sleep it is a constant drip and knock drip and knock all night long. 'Overall this place was amazing but the checkin process /welcoming has made me never want to stay here again. I was forced to drive 45 mins round trip PAST my VRBO in Nags Head to go north to Kitty Hawk to get the "keys" to the place. Get there and pick up my packet. No keys. Just a 6 digit code that YOU COULD HAVE EMAILED ME!! There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. The liability paperwork i signed mentioned they would leave 1 roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. There...

'Nice older condo, but fully updated. Has a great view looking south down the beach. Can actually see porpoise in the ocean from the balcony. Our pup enjoyed the balcony and watching birds and other dogs on the beach. Bed was comfortable and furniture was nice. Location is great. Not in the congested area's of the OBX, but not far from anything. The only negative I can come up with is the flights of stairs to reach the unit. 'We absolutely loved this condo. Everything inside was redone and new and modernized. The location was amazing. We were on the second floor, so there was a direct view to the ocean with no dune blocking you. At night I slept with the door open with the screen shut, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. It was total bliss. Love the unit and every single thing about it and would love to stay here again! Love the Nags Head area and being so close to the Jeanette’s Pier.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here...

Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.'

'My family wanted a week long vacation at the beach. The location of the property was perfect! The area is loaded with wonderful restaurants. The beach is clean and the sand is perfect! Not crowded but we were there in early May. Sweet Southern Pearl is a comfortable condo and it’s a very easy walk back to the condo. Highly recommend!'

'We loved so much about this condo. The feeling you get when you step inside - light, airy, beachy. Clean and updated for our family of four. The spectacular beach just steps away and the quiet pools in the complex. We have stayed at oceanfront properties at Hilton Head, Sanibel, and 30A in Florida. 'This was our first time at Nags Head. We enjoyed the beach and loved the State park. I have never seen such huge dunes!Our condo was equipped with everything one would need and very clean. Check in and checkout were very easy.'
