'Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Everyone was so kind from check in to checkout where they gave us candies in our rental car. We only had one night but the location, views and cleanliness were all great. '

'Beautiful old European style with lots of dark wood and chandeliers; room was large with Japanese style bath. Very pleasant. Bit of a hike up the hill, but located close to important atomic bomb victim sites in Nagasaki that you can walk to. '

'冷房を23度にしていても温度が25度に戻ってしまったりすることがある。冷蔵庫はあまり冷えないので要注意。ただ、部屋からハウステンボスの花火が見えたり、綺麗なお部屋だったのでとてもよかった。'

'De mensen doen hun best, maar het komt allemaal wat Oost Europees over. En het hotel ligt echt té ver uit het centrum; bovenop een heuvel. Mooi voor het uitzicht, maar jammer vanwege de afstand.'

' 今時のチェックイン方法に私は戸惑いましたが受付のお姉さんが手伝ってくださり助かりました。グラバー園や大浦天主堂に近くて立地条件最高！！チェックインの際朝食のお勧めを教えてくれてグラノーラヨーグルトの予約をしました。シナモンが上品で、ドライフルーツも美味しかったです！！！！お部屋もIHコンロ、洗濯機あるし、何より、トイレとバスが別だったのが良かったです！居心地の良い時間となり感謝してます。私は20年前までバスガイドをしてました。　長崎市内も随分変わりましまが、相変わらず長崎の人は優しいですね！ '

'Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt, auch wenn wir erst sehr spät eingecheckt haben. Man erklärte uns alle Details für den Aufenthalt, auch über die Wäscherei und Bademöglichkeiten. 'I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. '
