« Excellent location and great accommodations. Enjoyed the kayaks that were available for guest use. 15ish min walk into town with sidewalks for most of the way. My daughter loved the hammock they have under the tree and the fire pits next to the water were great in the evening. We didn’t make use of the bicycles but they were well equipped with 10 beach cruiser type bikes. I was concerned about the proximity to the train tracks but slept fine. « My family and I have been coming to Mystic for over 10 years and renting properties around town, but I can undoubtedly confirm that this property tops all others. The external aesthetic gives you that wonderful sigh as you approach the home, and the interior carries that through beautifully with it's attention to detail through the home to stay true to that classic new england style. « The property is so convenient, it is 900 feet to mystic pizza and the main street. The downstairs area has a separate sitting area which is nice if you have kids. States sleeping 9 but I think that is a stretch unless you have little kids. There is only 2 bathrooms which could be an issue if you have a lot of ladies. We did not have any issues with that. If you want a close location to everything that mystic has to offer, this houses for you. »

« Lovely property, with great views and access to kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boats for added fun. They also had a large tented area by the dock that allowed a shaded area which was perfect as we had an infant with us. We rented both the first and second floors together which worked great for six adults and an infant. The second floor was smaller than the first - a smaller living area and kitchen, and a little two-chair deck - but comfortable for what we needed. The home was sound proof...

« The apartment (first floor of the house) was clean, well equipped and well ventilated with a/c as well. It was private, situated among several well kept homes. Its proximity to Stonington and other towns was very convenient. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming! Five stars!! »

« We had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Our group included a 3 year old, so we were initially concerned about the potential for accidents with decorative pieces in low-lying areas, but breakables were out of reach for the most part. So, it was not a problem. »
