• This is our personal home, not a hotel, so we ask that you treat it with care. If you experience any issues, we’ll address them promptly, but please note that no one is on-site 24/7.

• A motion-activated ring doorbell is installed, facing away from the apartment, and records only when movement is detected. It is reviewed in case of emergencies or damage.


No Noise After 10 PM Policy:

• Please be considerate of others in the neighborhood and keep noise levels down after 10 PM. The building enforces a strict "No Noise After 10 PM" policy.

• Late Check-Out/Early Check-In: A $50 fee applies for the first half hour and $100 for each additional half hour for any late check-out.

• No Fires: Unauthorized fires will incur a $100 charge, plus any damages.

Pets and Smoking Policies:

• Pets: No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals will incur a $500 fine.
• Non-Smoking Property: Smoking inside the condo will result in a $1000 fee, plus cleaning or damage charges.
