This is an absolutely incredible, completely renovated, luxury romance suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 14th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 2-4 guests!

As of March 2023, this apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. In the living area, a shiplap wall with LED fireplace was installed. Guests will enjoy the LED electric fireplace and the flat screen smart TV. A new king mattress and bed frame were installed, as well as a new headboard. Everything in this condo is brand new! The full size sleeper sofa were newly installed as well as the dresser. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa, by the fire, and catching endless ocean views. New LVP flooring and baseboards were installed throughout. In the kitchen, the cabinetry was resurfaced giving a fresh modern look. Guests will also have access to their own arcade game!

Upon arrival guests will enter into a small hallway that leads into the main living area. To the right of the front door guests will find the private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, large shower, and toilet.

Entering into the main living space, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The 14th floor offers such great views! The living room offers a king sized bed, sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, shiplap wall with built-in LED fireplace, small TV, and access to the ocean view balcony.

The wet bar area is also located in this main living space and includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave, and mini fridge! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Landmark Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
