Grote eengezinswoning in patio-stijl. 2000 m² ranch-achtige woning 1 blok terug van de oceaan en 12 blokken van Main Street SOS in Noord Myrtle Beach. Huis beschikt over een extra grote slaapkamer met ligbad en dubbele wastafel, kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv met ROKU smart-tv. Extra grote 30 'grote kamer met een bank, slaper futon, foos ball tafel, tv met ROKU en dvd-speler, bordspellen, puzzels en boeken. Ruime volledig uitgeruste keuken en ontbijtruimte met alle apparatuur en kookgerei, waaronder George Foreman en blenders, enz. Twee extra kleinere slaapkamers plus omgebouwde voorzijde futon kamer met kleinere complete badkamer aan de voorkant van het huis beschikt over ruimte om 6 meer te slapen met Queen bed, 2 singles en full-size futon. Wasruimte met extra 3/4 bad en wasmachine / droger uit woonkamer. Garage, overdekte carport en achterterras met houtskoolgrill, strandstoelen en parasols en strandspeelgoed. Garage en carport zijn geweldig voor motorfiets parkeren! Bikers zijn welkom! Geen huisdieren, niet roken als gevolg van eigenaar allergieën !! Spectrum draadloos high speed internet inbegrepen evenals ROKU Spectrum App toegang tot kabeltelevisie. Lockbox met sleutelcode op locatie voor inchecken; niet achterna zitten voor inchecksleutels! Beddengoed en handdoeken ter plaatse voor gebruik, maar geen schoonmaakservice; Wasmachine en droger in eenheid. 250 dollar borg vereist en keerde terug bij een succesvolle check-out zonder schade. 125 dollar exit schoonmaakkosten plus nachtelijke huurprijzen; 13% gastvrijheid lokale, provinciale en nationale belastingen in aanvulling op huurprijzen. Oudere accommodatie, maar zeer schoon, gezellig en handig met geweldige locatie en GEEN TRAPPEN:)

We had an awesome family vacation here!

The house has lots of space and was perfect for our family vacation. We were impressed with great communication from the owner, and we will be back for sure!

This is our fourth or fifth time staying here while visiting Myrtle Beach. It would be difficult for me to consider staying any place else. Love the house, the host and everything in between.

Spacious and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The home was even more spacious than we expected, so we had plenty of room to spread out. Jo was fantastic to communicate with and very accommodating. The location was great too, just a short walk down the street to get to beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Spacious House

The house was in great location with really good access to the beach. We actually had friends staying at a different location hang out with us a few day because of the location, but also because of the space within the house to allow multiple families to hang out.

Home Away from Home

Love the place. Definitely feels like home. Very conveniently located to all the amenities and essentials during a vacation getaway with family, especially the little ones. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this home again. And the host is an amazing 10/10.

MB Patio

The outside appeared a bit dated but the inside was very nice & accommodating. Plenty of room in the living area for all to sit & talk. The master bedroom & bath were roomy & the bed was very comfortable. The two other bedrooms were smaller but accommodated our group very well. We really enjoyed our visit.

What a great getaway!

We loved our time here. Everything was clean and ready to go. Lots books, games, puzzles and movies. So close to the beach and owner was easy reach for any questions. Lots of space to gather in and lots of sleeping areas. We hope to visit again!

We loved this house so much last year, we had to book it again! It will always be our go to. Owner is always a delight, helpful and is always there for anything you need. This house is perfect for our family of 6 and even brought one of our couple friends with us to enjoy the beach. It was simply perfect!

Over all very nice clean home. It was very cozy and the owner was very helpful and friendly. I could not had asked for a better owner to have communicated with. Everything was furnished for the home and things for the beach. Love the stay and would highly recommend anyone to vacation in this home.

House was exactly as described. We were comfortable and cozy, with all extras provided. Enjoyed being within short walking distance to beach. Convenient to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Owner was awesome and helpful. Will stay again. Beds slept well and all furniture was comfortable, especially for my elderly parents.
