'This house was Phenomenal! We were the first guests to stay in this new construction house and our jaws dropped! The views are STUNNING! 'Host was exceptional with communication and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Had a little trouble with the lock during check in but he walked me through the process several times. The trouble was due to user error (Me lol). Amenities were absolutely wonderful The home is accurately advertised in the pictures and it was nice and cool when we arrived. I’d love to stay here again when I visit ! :)'

Had a beautiful private heated pool and nice golfcart available for us to use! Nice outdoor area to enjoy! Beach was only couple blocks away in a quiet neighborhood and was not crowded, but close enough to lots of restaurants and attractions! Excellent communication with the owner...who was always helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed....

'I was soooo looking forward to this vacation. Upon arrival the property was not clean. The air on the 2nd and 3rd levels didn't work. only the bottom floor had AC. Once we called the contact number; we were told the unit was out of service. OOOHHH BOY! and they could give us a 4 bedroom as a counter offer. From 8 bd rooms to 4 bdrms.. NO WAY. Solution was to give a discount and we could stay. They sent new bedding and towels. Needless to say we made it work and we had a blast despite the NO AC...

'It is a brand new property. The swimming pool and jacuzzi weren’t available but the property manager was honest and upfront about it. There were small issues with the air conditioner and water heater. For our stay air conditioner wasn’t needed. The property manager was very attentive and courteous and did everything she could to resolve these small issues. It is a very convenient property for a large group. It is very close to the beach and the main street. We will definitely go back to this...
