Overall we truly enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, given the time of year we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. We loved having a restaurant onsite and overall front desk was easy to work with and informative.The condo itself could use some updates- the main living area and dining seem to be the newest and we’re very well done. The kitchen had old cabinets with knobs hot glued on and often fell off. There needs to be a thorough cleaning- caulking in master shower and ?mold, hair in one of the double bedroom showers, toilets that constantly run or low power flushed, there was thick layer of what appeared to be black mold on the water spout from the fridge. And the beds seem very worn and we all felt the springs through the mattress’s. The management company texts for check ins but were slow to reply or just didn’t reply when inquiries were made. We did feel we had enough space for everyone and still had a good vacation overall.

Not what i expected

We have a few things that did not work during our stay. The toilet in the double room never worked, the tv remote in living room did not work, queen bedroom tv was not able to be used, the tv in the master room would show the menu but then the screen would go blank after making a selection, the stove top had a burner that did not get warm quickly and the AC never cooled the unit down below 73 degrees at night and 77 degrees during the day. The AC control by the washing machine just blinked and never set. The unit has mold on the shower curtain in the double with the broken toilet and the master bath has black mold or something black in the shower. This unit could use a deep cleaning. We were a little surprised with what we payed to stay the week that this condo was not maintained better. Sent email to vrbo and never received a response!Great view, though! I took pictures of the above items if you need to see them.

Great location for family spring break

Fantastic condo for families with kids. Easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has everything if you want to make meals in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay But Parking Issues

We are a large family, 4 adults and 5 kids. Took 2 SUVs to get to the beach. Parking is an issue for SUVs in this complex. They have 2 parking decks for standard size cars. There is a little overflow out front for large vehicles; but not enough. My daughter could not get into the parking deck because of height issues. I was able to get in but could not find a parking spot where I could phone my door. As a result we had to pay for parking across the street @ $13.00/day. This needs to be revealed in the listing!

Great Vacation

I stayed here with 10 other people and there was plenty of room. We stayed in the off season when it was a little cold out but the pools were heated so our two toddlers still had a great time. At night they had lights and propane fire pits so we could sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean on the patio. Our group enjoyed the restaurant as well as used the gym. All and all I would recommend this stay.

The condo was spotless. Excellent corner location on 12th floor. Enough chairs on patio to accommodate 8 adults; sunrise and sunset views breathtaking! Would highly recommend.

The living Furn was torn and smelled like old dirty clothes. Master shower was full of black algae was so dirty. Was actually skeptical of sitting couches….we had to put blanket on it. Shower was awful …..you would think someone would contact me and refund 25% of our stay. We complained 1st day but no one paid us any attention. It was disgusting

Worth the trip

This was a great experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. One very important note - when checking in, do not tip the bellhop to "rent" one of their lobby carts. There is already a lobby cart in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Would recommend.

Everything was great. The only issue we came across was that we had two toddlers with is and we couldn't get the balcony doors to lock and there were a few times we needed a mop due to some spills and we didn't find one in the room. Overall satisfied and would likely stay again.

A great family vacation!

This condo was perfect for our group of nine family members! We had an awesome vacation and would return again as our group agreed that it was the best condo we've stayed in at Myrtle Beach. We loved the furnishings and really appreciated that it was set up for the number of people it could accommodate, especially that it had seating for 10 at the main table in the dining room plus the extra round table for 4. Also the oceanfront balcony had great furniture and could seat 9 of us which is much better than past condos we've stayed at. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates and glasses and all of the appliances you would need! Brad was extremely responsive to the couple of questions I had once we arrived. We loved the proximity of the two outdoor pools to the ocean, in fact we could sit by the pool and still see and hear the ocean waves! Walking to the beach was a breeze and the resort's location in the midst of a residential neighborhood made for relaxing, uncrowded beach time! I would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to a large group looking for a perfect location for the week!

Very good stay

Property was great. Kitchen could have been more fully equipped and perhaps better pots and pans and utensils, and dish towels. We also had 14 guests and we ran out of plates frequently. Also, garage has a 6’9” clearance - good to know if you have a cargo carrier on top. Locks to deck don’t work. This is meant as constructive criticism - overall we loved the place and location. We would (and likely will!) return. Owners were very responsive, too.

2023 Golf trip

This property was perfect for our group. Clean, with the amenities and enough bedrooms for all of us. Kitchen was big with everything you might need to cook a meal or just warm things up. Beds and pillows were perfect for me and I am kind of particular about these things. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip.

We were very pleased with our stay in this 4BR/4BA condo which we have already booked a 2nd stay at later this year. Very clean, large, nicely stocked kitchen which opens up to the great room and dining room with a large table that seats 8+. Electric fireplace visuals were really nice with options for no heat or temperature controlled heat. Fantastic views from the large balcony with ample seating and a 2nd balcony off the master suite. Large TV in the great room had cable, Netflix, and other streaming options. Restaurant on site was very good and offered an excellent breakfast (which included GF options). Indoor pool area perfect for kids with multiple pools 3-3.5 ft, lazy river and hot tub. There is also an in ground hot tub outside that was open (outdoor pools closed in Dec). It was a short walk from the room, down the hall to the elevator, and out of the back of the resort by the lobby area to the beach. Super close to nice restaurants (our favorite was Carolina Roadhouse about 1.5 miles away). Last but not least, our communication with the owner was top notch. He texted and emailed check-in and check-out instructions and offered to please contact him on his cell phone if any questions or concerns.

Place was not cleaned. Dirty laundry in master bedroom closet. Quilts on beds were dirty. Both furnace closets were Gross. Food all over floor under almost every cushion. They did send in a cleaning service to clean within hours. This is not a Penthouse. This Condo is on the 12th floor. Penthouse is Above this unit.
